My Comments:
This is my first ever cosplay! Yes, back when I actually liked Pokemon. I was 12 when I made the costume, and 13 when it went to it's first convention. This was my first attempt at sewing anything, and I did it with no help at all other than my mom showing me how to use the sewing machine. There's a reason I don't have a tail, sadly I couldn't figure out how to do it. But, I taught myself to sew (yay! big accomplishment for me! heehee). I wore it to A-kon 2K and had several pictures taken. Honestly, I loved the costume to be recognized. It was really awesome when Akemi Takeda ran up to me and asked for a picture with me! I loved making and wearing the costume so much that I kept doing more cosplay. Just think, if it weren't for Pikachu this lil website wouldn't exist and you'd never see me at a con.
